Revive Home is committed to providing a seamless experience for every transaction on our website. We prioritize excellence in the delivery of our products and maintain stringent quality standards.
In accordance with our policy, we do not facilitate returns or exchanges for products that are delivered in impeccable condition as per the original order. However, if there is a discrepancy between the delivered product and the item confirmed in the order, or if the product exhibits a genuine quality or manufacturing defect, or if it incurs damage during the shipping process, we are more than willing to accommodate a return or exchange for your order.
In rare scenario, if any product gets damaged during transit, we take full accountability of the damage, so that you can sit back, relax without any fear of shipping damage and shop!
Additionally, if you have video proof demonstrating that the product was damaged in transit, we will be happy to facilitate the return process.
Eligibility for Refund:

Handmade & Handpainted Products: These unique items may possess minor imperfections such as variations in color shades, texture, painting, polish, finish, shape, weight, and size, which contribute to their individuality and charm. Refunds will not be granted in such cases.

Wooden Products: Due to shifts in temperature and climate over time, wooden products may develop small, natural hairline cracks. Refunds will not be applicable in such instances.

Antiques & Vintage Collections: These items are not mass-produced or newly manufactured. They may exhibit multiple imperfections, including damage, dents, and color variations. We maintain their original, aged appearance without undertaking any repairs or alterations to preserve their historical authenticity. Refunds will not be granted in such cases.

Handmade, Handpainted, Handcrafted, Vintage, or Antique Items: These products will not be identical to one another in terms of color shades, texture, painting, polish, finish, shape, weight, and size. While the photograph provides a similar representation of the product you receive, it may not be an exact match. In case of any dispute, refunds will not be applicable.
For any concerns regarding a product, please contact our Customer Care within 3 Business Days from the delivery date. Refunds will not be considered after this timeframe.

Refund Policy Application: Products must be returned to us in their original, undamaged condition to be eligible for a refund.

Returned products must be unused, unwashed, and include all original packaging and tags to qualify for a refund.

Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Address: If a customer provides an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, and our Shipping Partner is unable to deliver after three attempts, or if the recipient refuses to accept the delivery, refunds will not be granted. The customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges to reinitiate the dispatch process.

International Orders and Duty Fees: In the case of international orders, if a customer refuses to pay the Duty fees mandated by the respective country of shipment and does not collect their order from the Shipping Agency, refunds will not be applicable.
The above refund eligibility criteria apply to both domestic and international purchases.
Process for Refund:
Always record an unboxing video and take photographs of the products. Thoroughly inspect the products. If you find any discrepancies, such as incorrect items, damage, or genuine quality/manufacturing defects, contact Revive Home Customer Care within 48 hours of delivery with the unboxing video and photographs of the affected product.
